Dear Tina, Mark & Monique,

Tess is now 6 months old and we just wanted to write to you and give you an update on how she is doing.

Most day’s when either of us are out with Tess someone comments on how lovely she is and what a good temperament she has for such a young dog and especially how well behaved she is.

The other day I had a car stop in the street and a lady got out to give her a stroke! She certainly draws the attention.

Tess has definitely grown in size but is still as cute and cuddly as day 1. Isabella is now not nervous of her and loves her to bits. It makes us laugh, how she could have been so scared of a puppy!

She has certainly changed our lives...Matt’s up early at the weekends now, as he can’t wait to take her out for a long walk over Banstead Downs. I’ve come to realise my cream floor will never be cream again but wouldn’t have it any other way.

We new the first time we met Roxy that the Old English sheepdog was the breed for us. I’m pleased to say Tess has exactly Roxy’s calm and relaxed temperament.

Tess has been really easy to train; I went to puppy classes for the first 6 weeks of having her mainly so she could interact with other dogs. The classes really helped us to understand dogs and she was always the best behaved dog there. The rest has just fallen into place. She’s great; she walks by our side in the park and comes when we ask her, she is not only loyal but also very obedient

We really appreciate all the advice and help you gave us at the start and thank you for being on the other end of the phone when we have needed to ask our dog questions!

We wish you all a very Merry Christmas and a Happy and prosperous 2013.

Kind Regards

Belinda, Matt, Isabella, Madeline and Tess.
